Welcome to the Rosedale Customer Center self-service portal.

We offer online tracing services for your convenience. In addition to these tools, please feel free to contact your freight specialist by phone at a terminal location near you.

Quick Trace

Quick Trace allows you to quickly track your shipment, and does not require a user account.

Simply use your Pro number, Bill of Lading number, Booking number, Customs number or Purchase Order to find out where your shipment has been tracked to.

Online Tracing

Online Tracing allows you to access detailed shipping documents including invoices and waybills, and requires a user account. If this is your first time using the Online Tracing, please contact account-requests@rosedale.ca to get started.
